1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories.
Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way may not be eligible for return unless determined to be defective by the manufacturer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Custom or special-order products
Clearance or discontinued items
Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence
3. Return Process

Invoice or order number
Product model and description
Reason for return (including photos if damaged)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including how and where to send the item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
4. Inspection and Approval
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the product is deemed eligible, a replacement, exchange, or credit will be issued according to your preference and availability.
If the returned product is found to be ineligible (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product value, depending on the manufacturer’s policy or the nature of the order.
This will be clearly communicated before the return is finalized.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the supplier or manufacturer to arrange a prompt replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
7. Refunds and Credits
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on your preference and the nature of the purchase.
