All product inquiries and quotes are handled directly by our Sales Consultants.
Quotes provided by Blue Stone International are based on current product availability and pricing at the time of issuance. Prices and availability may change prior to order confirmation.
Quotes are valid for a limited time, as indicated on the quotation document. Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to the listed terms, products, and specifications.
2. Orders and Confirmation
Orders are finalized only once written confirmation (via email, purchase order, or signed agreement) has been received from the customer and accepted by Blue Stone International.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order based on product availability, credit approval, or other business considerations.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be clearly stated in your quote or invoice.
We may require a deposit or full payment before processing an order. Late or incomplete payments may delay delivery or result in cancellation.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cheque, or other methods as agreed upon in writing.
4. Delivery and Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on supplier schedules and logistics.
Blue Stone International will coordinate delivery with clients and make every effort to meet agreed timelines, but we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Installation services, if required, will be arranged separately and outlined in the order agreement.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellations may be subject to restocking fees or supplier charges.
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products in accordance with our Return Policy.
All return requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in your order agreement.
6. Warranties
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
Blue Stone International facilitates warranty claims where applicable but is not responsible for manufacturer decisions or repair timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Stone International is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product delays, defects, or use.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, and images shared by Blue Stone International remain the property of the company and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
